Take Care of Your Shoes

Today I've got another idea to re-purpose old socks.

Like these ankle socks suffering from elasticity issues.

Just stuff each sock with fiber fill.

Then sew the ends shut.

Embellish with ribbons & loops.

And use them as shoe trees to preserve their shape!

The loops are especially helpful to pull out the
shoe trees from shoes like oxfords
& boots.

Enjoy your day!

  1. Those are the cutest shoe trees I've seen. I love the bows on the loops... your stuff always looks so finished (I have a problem completing the finishing details on projects so you inspire me to try and get those cute details done) :)
